Just blitz the following together:
100-200ml unsweetened almond milkHandful of frozen blueberries (40g)Handful of spinach leaves6 frozen raspberries25g rolled oats1 scoop vanilla whey protein1 tbsp of flaxseed1 tbsp chia seeds1 tbsp desiccated coconut (optional)
If you'd prefer a smoothie lower in calories, remove the flax and/or chia seeds and replace with coconut seeds - this will make it only 269 calories!
