All-over body workout with The Lean Machines
The Lean Machines John and Leon show us how to do an all-over body workout that you can do on your own or with a friend above.
This workout is in a circuit style, so you complete 30 seconds of each exercise with no rest until we reach the last exercise at which point we take 60-90 secondss rest before repeating the circuit three more times.
Repeat the following:
Alternating lunges
Squat Jumps
Mountain climbers
Push ups (kneeling or plank options)
Burpees (squat thrusts option)
