Nick Knowles on giving his health a DIY job
I was carrying a lot of stress from work and things
We're used to seeing him wielding a hammer and the odd paintbrush but now Nick Knowles has done a DIY makeover on his health and wellbeing.
The DIY SOS presenter has given up meat, started yoga and even gone a whole week without eating any food at all!
Spurred on by a health scare he had on the way to our own studios 18 months ago, Nick decided to take action and start really looking after his weight and stress levels.
His new lifestyle led to a TV show and new book and today Nick joined us to tell us more about his journey from stressed-out ticking time bomb to health guru!
