Kippers with tomatoes and mushrooms
Kippers are a traditional breakfast and there's a reason - they're a great start to the day! Have them first thing with some mushrooms and tomato and you're all set up for the day.
(Serves 1)
Ingredients:
1 kipperHandful mushrooms, sliced1 tomato cut into quartersA squeeze of lemonWorcestershire sauce (optional)
Method:
Put the kipper on a tray and grill on one side for 4-5 minutes
Add the mushrooms and tomatoes and cook for a further 5 minutes
Add a squeeze of lemon or a dash of Worchester sauce (if wanted)
