Avocado on rye toast
Avocado is really good for you as it's full of the good sort of fat that keeps you full and makes your skin, hair and eyes shine!
(Serves 2)
Ingredients:
2 slices of dark rye bread1 ripe avocadoJuice of ½ a lemon¼ to ½ a red chilli (fresh or chilli flakes are optional, but are very fat burning!)A very small pinch of sea saltBlack pepper (season to taste)
Method:
Toast the rye bread
Cut the avocado in half, take out the pip and score in lines down to the skin, then tip out onto the toast, sprinkle with the red chilli
Squeeze over the lemon juice and season with salt and pepper
