Drinking during early pregnancy - what's the risk?
There's no evidence that an occasional episode of binge drinking in the early stages of pregnancy will damage a baby, according to the British Pregnancy Advisory Service.
BPAS says they're regularly seeing women so concerned they've harmed their baby before they knew they were pregnant, that they consider an abortion.
The charity says 50% of women realised they've probably drunk too much before they knew they were pregnant, but the risks of physical or neurological damage to their babies is minimal.
We speak to Chantelle Beveridge from London, who went on a binge before she knew she was pregnant and was devastated when she realised what she'd done, and Ann Furedi, chief executive of BPAS.
