Where's the right place to give birth?

The annual NICE conference kicks off today, as they publish new recommendations on where the best place to give birth is.

In the past they have said women should be given the choice of where they want to deliver their babies, but urge caution if a home birth or delivery in a midwife-led unit is planned. However, now they say they are revising their recommendations.
