We launched our 1 Million Minutes Talking Tills
The multi-award winning 1 Million Minutes is back and this year we introduced Talking Tills because, for some, a trip to the shops may be their only chance to interact with others. We teamed up with Tesco the country’s leading supermarket and they had Talking Tills around the country manned with staff who scanned slower so shoppers could have a conversation while they checked out.
Hrvy, Darren Harriot, Paul Brunson and Fearne McCann also took a shift at the talking tills and met some customers who fancied a chat!
