The amazing story of the Real 'Narcos'
This morning we were joined by the real 'Narcos' agents who brought down notorious drug lord Pablo Escobar and the blood-soaked Cali Cartel that followed in his brutal wake.
Former DEA agents Javier Peña and Steve Murphy are the key players behind hit Netflix TV series Narcos - which chronicles their part in the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) team which targeted the feared Colombian.

The deadly pursuit of the world's most wanted man finally came to a dramatic end when Escobar was slain during a rooftop shootout in December 1993.
The picture of Agent Murphy kneeling over his body became an iconic image in the so-called war on drugs.
The former agents are due to give a series of discussions in the UK in May (see below), having toured the world talking about the dangerous mission to take down the world's biggest cocaine dealer. Definitely one for the diary...
