Sweet and savoury yoghurt snacks

Greek yogurt is such an amazing wonderfood and it really sets you up for the day. Below are some suggestions for how you can have it for breakfast but feel free to improvise with what you have in your store cupboards.

Savoury

100ml Greek yogurt1 small cucumber, chopped2 olives de-pitted and quartered2 tomatoes, finely chopped1 tbsp of chopped fresh mint½ -1 clove of crushed garlic (optional)Pinch of sea salt & pinch of black pepper

Place the yogurt in a bowl, layer on your vegetables, season and enjoy

100ml Greek yogurtMix of three seasonal fruits, for example one chopped banana, one cored and sliced apple and 3 blackberries50g of chopped almonds½ tsp of ground cinnamon

Place yogurt in a bowl, layer with fruit, sprinkle with cinnamon and enjoy
