Tuck into a yummy lamb roast dinner today!
Breakfast
6 dessert spoons (48g) branflakes with semi-skimmed milk (125ml) and topped with a small (child sized) chopped banana
Lunch
Roast lamb, roast potatoes, kale and green beans
For one person have 1 medium roasted potato with green beans, steamed kale and 150ml gravy made with gravy granules and water
2tbsp fruit compote and a small scoop of frozen low fat yoghurt
Dinner
Cheese on toast – 2 slices of wholegrain toast topped with 30g reduced fat cheddar cheese and a dash of Tabasco sauce, pop under the grill until cheese has melted. Top with 2 sliced tomatoes.
Snack
Low calorie hot chocolate and digestive biscuit
