Sugar free snacks
Remember you can have up to two snacks a day. You can have one mid morning and another mid afternoon or after your meal at night, or whenever you are at risk of reaching for the sugar.
Make sure you have some of the below with you, to avoid grabbing sugary snacks
Salsa (2 heaped tablespoons) and crudites
Spinach yogurt dip (2 heaped tablespoons) and crudites
Tahini dip 2 ways (2 heaped tablespoons) and crudites
Pear or apple and 1 heaped tablespoon of natural cashew or almond or peanut butter
Cucumber and olives
Seasonal fruit and banana
