Smoothies
Not everyone has time to eat in the morning, so this is a quick and easy way of getting your nutrients in one go
There are so many variations you can do, and here is just one example - but let your imagination run away with itself, the more colours the better!
(Serves 4)
Ingredients:
2 apples1 small pineapple peeled and cored (frozen pineapple is fine)Large handful of kale or spinach1 medium bunch of parsley130ml of Greek yogurt
Method:
Blitz all the fruit together
Then add the yogurt blitz again
Pour into 4 glasses and serve
