Quinoa and crayfish quick fix
This salad is so quick and simple to make but keeps your diet feeling varied and interesting.
(Serves 1)
Ingredients:
15g cucumber75g crayfish (prepacked)25g ready-to-eat red and white quinoaMint leaves15g balsamic vinegar
Method:
Cut 15g cucumber into sticks
Mix in a bowl the crayfish, quinoa and a few mint leaves
Drizzle with balsamic vinegar
