In 2013, Corinne Hutton's life changed dramatically within days when she lost her hands and feet after a devastating illness.
Four years on, she has had to learn a new way of living and in doing so has inspired countless others.
She joined us this morning on the eve of her first triathlon, alongside World Para Athletics champion, Jonnie Peacock.
