One-pan lean fry up
Sometimes you just need a fry-up... and this one will do the trick without breaking your health goals.
(Serves 1)
Ingredients:
1 egg1 rasher of lean smokey bacon2 tomatoes (cut in half)Handful of mushrooms (sliced)Juice of half a lemon
Method:
Put the mushrooms in a non-stick frying pan with the lemon juice and gently simmer
Place the bacon and tomatoes in the pan, fry off for a minute and then turn over
Make some space then add the egg. Fry till cooked and serve.
