Nigel Farage: 'May needs to call an election'
UKIP's interim leader Nigel Farage has called on PM Thersea May to call a general election, saying it's the "neatest" way to resolve issues around Brexit.
Speaking following yesterday's High Court ruling on invoking Article 50, Mr Farage told Good Morning Britain: "I'm not very happy. I'm not so sure I have confidence in the independence of our judiciary anymore.
"I don't trust Parliament on this. The neatest way to finish this off is for May to call an election"
Labour MP Stephen Kinnock also joined us and admitted that even though he had campaigned to remain, the decision on Brexit has already been decided and must progress.
He said: "The people have spoken, we must leave the European Union. I would absolutely vote to trigger Article 50."
