Father-of-three Sean McCabe has defied the odds, beating cancer and walking down the aisle in the church where he had planned his funeral.

In 2013, Sean was diagnosed with stage four Hodgkin Lymphoma and was told he had just two months to live. He then set about organising his funeral - choosing the music and even booking the church.

Since then his cancer has gone into remission and in April he cancelled his funeral and started planning his wedding instead to his fiancee Lisa Williams in the same church. This Saturday the pair happily walked down the aisle in front of their three children, family and friends and now Sean is keen to spread the message to other cancer sufferers to never give up hope.
