Lawyer urges more Harris victims to come forward

Many people feel daunted by the court process. They feel like their lives will be cross examined in great detail. Many don't feel strong enough to do so. They gain strength by numbers and feel they might be believed. "

Lawyer Liz Dux, speaking to Good Morning Britain earlier this morning

Anyone else who may have been attacked by disgraced TV presenter Rolf Harris should come forward, as they will "get a fair trial", lawyer Liz Dux has told Good Morning Britain.

Acting on behalf of some of Operation Yewtree's victims, she said: "Victims should contact the police. We'll assess the evidence and decide whether or not to bring a civil claim against Mr Harris."

"In a civil court they still have to prove their cases-on the balance of probabilities. We don't think these people are jumping on a compensation bandwagon-the onus is on them to prove their case"

"With Harris and Clifford and Hall, these cases show us that victims who come forward years after an event will be believed."
