Kerry Needham on gruelling wait as search for Ben continues
Unfortunately it looks like it's going to be a bad outcome
The distraught mother of toddler Ben Needham, who went missing on the Greek island of Kos 25 years ago, has told GMB that she is preparing herself for her son's remains to be found.
It is thought the 21-month-old boy may have been crushed by a digger near the family's farmhouse - and his grandfather has been working with South Yorkshire Police as they excavate a number of sites in the area where the work took place.
Meanwhile, Kerry tearfully told us of how although confirmation of Ben's death would be heartbreaking, she just wants the answer as to what happened to him.
"Every time the phone rings you think, 'Is this going to be the one with the bad news?'" she said.
"I don’t like to say it but at least we would know and he can be laid to rest and we can remember him as he was."
