Johnny Vegas hopes it’s 'not the end for Benidorm’

Comedian Johnny Vegas brought laughter into our studio this morning and brought a slight glimmer of hope to upset Benidorm fans after the final episode aired this week after 10 incredible years.

Johnny, who's now starring in a new tv show Home From Home, said that he doesn't know what will happen to Benidorm and but hopes "it's not the end for the cast... and the viewers".

Johnny also spoke about his support of the Macmillan cancer campaign which encourages men to speak up about their health issues.

He said: "So many [cancers] are treatable. Men just tend not to discuss these things and some many are treatable now. The sooner people are made aware of this the better."

Whilst in the studio, Johnny took part in Good Morning Britain's 'sun dance' to celebrate the fact the weather is going to perk up this weekend just in time for the bank holiday.
