GMB poll: UK would vote remain if there was a re-run of the referendum

It’s been two years since the UK made the historic decision to leave the EU - and an exclusive poll from Good Morning Britain said the UK would vote to remain in the EU if there was a re-run of the referendum.

Our poll showed that 53 percent of people would choose to remain, while 47 percent would choose to leave.

Forty-three percent said they would prefer a ‘soft’ Brexit, meaning not leaving the single market and customs union - compared to 37 percent preferring a ‘hard’ Brexit, i.e. leaving both.

We were joined by Will Dry who voted leave in the referendum but changed his mind and now runs a remain pressure group - and JD Wetherspoon Chairman Tim Martin who donated £200,000 to the Leave campaign.
