Give a dog a home: Gorgeous George
This week we have been encouraging the rehoming of Britain's unwanted dogs with Battersea Dogs Home. This morning we met George the Jack Russell Terrier. George was picked up as a stray in mid-November and is is believed to be a 7 or 8 year old. He can be worried by other dogs. As George is a stray unfortunately we don't know whether he's had a negative experience with other dogs, but his response to other dogs now is to bark at them so he's looking for a home in a quiet location. Ideally George would like to live somewhere rural with a garden so he can happily run about off lead without being worried by other dogs. He will definitely need to be the only dog in the home.
George is a lovely affectionate chap and loves nothing more than having a fuss from his favourite people.
