The woman who derailed Brexit
There's a Facebook campaign that I should be shot and put in a rubbish bin
She's the businesswoman who took the Government to court over Brexit and won - and now she's been plagued by death and sex threats online.
This morning we were joined by Gina Miller, who tells us why exactly she challenged Theresa May's bid to avoid a parliamentary vote on triggering Article 50, insisting whether we leave the EU or not isn't the point.
"It's not about stopping Brexit, it's a point of law," she said. "It's about preserving our Sovereign Parliament."
We also asked her about the abuse she's received over her involvement in the case and she told us: "I expected anger - I didn't expect racism and sexism".
