Def Leppard's Joe Elliott rocks the GMB studio
British Rock Royalty Joe Elliott joined us this morning fresh from Def Leppard's Albert Hall gig for The Teenage Cancer Trust last night to talk about the band's upcoming UK arena tour.
Joe also treated us to some epic jamming live on the show with the bass fully cranked up! Our guest presenter Richard Madeley also showed some skill on the strings with a quick warm-up act. Watch clip below with your sound turned UP! Full interview above.
Def Leppard's UK arena tour starts from December (see details below.) and will feature all their favourite tunes - including all the tracks from their classic album Hysteria, which will be played in sequence during the live shows.
Last year was the 30 year anniversary of the release of Hysteria, which has sold 30million copies worldwide. In total, the band has sold over 100 million records.
It's more than 40 years since they formed in Sheffield, but Def Leppard is showing no signs of slowing down. Rock on, lads!
