Baked apple
If you're hankering for something sweet, don't give in to unhealthy sugar-laden desserts like chocolate and puds - instead give this more natural treat a go.
(Serves 1)
Ingredients:
1 cooking apple1 tsp of raisins4 walnuts or any nut you like½ teaspoon honey
Method:
Heat the oven to 170”C
Core and score around the middle of the apple
Stuff the cavity with the raisins, nuts and honey
Place on a baking tray and cook for 35 mins
Serve sprinkled with cinnamon and a tablespoon of Greek yogurt
