A year to the day when British troops finally left Afghanistan, Coronation Street star Antony Cotton is leading a campaign to make sure the families of those who died aren't forgotten.
Twelve of the actor's closest friends are serving members of the armed forces, or are now veterans. His message on behalf of SSAFA - the UK's oldest Armed Forces charity - is that the war may be over but the grieving still goes on.
We also meet Bethany Bond, whose brother Elijah was fatally wounded in an IED explosion. She found out she was pregnant the day of the explosion and named her daughter Elizah, after the baby's tragic uncle.
