A weekend workout with Joe Wicks
As we head into the second week in January it seems like the perfect time to get some top tips from our fitness expert Joe Wicks.
The Bodycoach gave us some expert advice to help us keep on track with achieving our healthy goal.
Wicks also offered our Dancing On Ice star Alex Beresford and marathon runner Sean Fletcher some stretching exercises to keep their muscles loose so they can maximise their performances.
