Meet the 97 year old woman still teaching a weekly dance class

Where do you see yourself in five years time? Still loving what you do?

What about in fifty or even 70 years time? Would you keep up your passion in life? That's what one woman has done, the remarkable Dinkie Flowers who, at 97 years old, is still teaching a weekly dance lesson and fitness class.

It was back in 1924 when she first started performing at age just three. In the same year the first winter Olympics were held in France, the first ever Shipping Forecast was broadcast, and the first-ever crossword in a newspaper was published.

"If I've been doing it since three years old, what else do I do? I've always done it, it's my life," she told Good Morning Britain.

"I don't think age should ever keep on coming into it," she said, defiant that at almost 100-years-old she will keep dancing like she has since she was a toddler.

We say three cheers to that Dinkie - we wish we had the energy!
