1 Million Minutes: Pledge your time to help end loneliness
Good Morning Britain's 1 Million Minutes campaign saw a record 85 million minutes pledged to help end loneliness this year.

The film was directed by Jake Wood, the poem was performed by Hussain Manawer with music produced by Naughty Boy.
We held the second annual Good Morning Britain 1 Million Minutes Awards night, presented by Ben Shephard and Kate Garraway, who were joined by a host of stars as we celebrated the volunteers who have gone above and beyond to help other people this year.
With a record over 85 million minutes pledged in this year's campaign we put together a montage of all the brilliant 1 Million Minutes moments.
We’ve teamed up with charities who are all doing incredible work including; Alzheimer's Society, Captain Tom Foundation, Grief Encounter, Once Upon a Smile, Re-Engage, The Not Forgotten and the Royal Voluntary Service.
