Philipp Lahm broke Turkish hearts at the death to send Germany through to the Euro 2008 Final in dramatic fashion.

Turkey had built up a reputation during the tournament for putting on a late show but it was Germany who utilised injury time to maximum effect and set up an epic clash between Joachim Low's team and sumptuous Spain.
