Live Serie A comes to ITVX on Saturday nights
ITVX will show live Serie A games free to air from this weekend until the end of the season in a new deal announced today.
Under the agreement, one Italian top flight match will be available to view on ITV’s streaming platform each Saturday night from now until the end of this season with each game kicking off at 7.45pm.
Eight matches in total will be shown, starting with Empoli v Torino [kick-off at 7.45pm 6 April].
Upcoming matches confirmed include Bologna v Monza on 13 April and Verona v Udinese on 20 April. Subsequent matches will be confirmed in due course in line with the Serie A schedule.
This deal adds to ITV Sport’s portfolio of first-class events, which also includes Six Nations rugby, the Rugby World Cup, England Women's qualifiers and friendlies, UEFA EURO 2024, the FA Cup, EFL highlights including the Sky Bet Championship, Sky Bet League One, Sky Bet League Two, Carabao Cup and the EFL Trophy, La Liga, the Tour de France, the NFL, Investec Champions Cup, Gallagher Premiership Rugby and, in motorsport, Extreme E, plus British Touring Car Championships and MotoGP, SailGP, plus major competitions in snooker and darts.
