Khedira knowledge will help Germany against Italy, says Low

Germany manager Joachim Low says he will consult Sami Khedira on what to expect from Italy's Juventus stars ahead of Saturday's Euro 2016 quarter-final in Bordeaux.

Khedira has never played under Antonio Conte, having moved to Turin from Real Madrid in the summer of 2015, but is familiar with Gianluigi Buffon and Italy's formidable three-man defence of Giorgio Chiellini, Andrea Brazragli and Leonardo Bonucci.

And Low says Khedira's inside knowledge could be decisive as Germany bid to record their first ever victory over Italy in a major tournament.

Of course, I will talk to him about the Italian players he sees in training day in, day out. > > > "He will certainly have some information which I don’t have, like how they cope and behave in pressure situations. > > > “He simply fullfils the tasks you set out for him. He is clever and intelligent and really quickly implements what you ask of him. > > > "I have the feeling he is getting more and more dynamic now.' > >
