Hodgson: England will make someone pay at Euro 2016
Roy Hodgson insists that England will punish opponents at Euro 2016 once they manage to turn their possession dominance into goals.
England failed to break through a massed Slovakia defence in Saint-Etienne despite having 29 shots and enjoying a 61% share of possession.
The subsequent 0-0 draw condemned England to second place in Group B, after Wales demolished Russia 3-0 in Toulouse to qualify for the last 16 in top spot.

We can't do much more, we dominated the game from start to finish, we had so many chances and one day we will put them away. > > > "It has been attack versus defence in all three games and I never thought I'd see England dominate three games like we have done. > > > "We will be criticised for not taking chances, I can't deny that, but I think the time will come when we will take those goal chances, and some team will be on the end of that fairly soon.
