Cahill defends Hodgson team selection
Gary Cahill insists that Roy Hodgson's changes did not disrupt England's rhythm in Monday's goalless draw with Slovakia.
Hodgson changed six players from the starting XI against Wales, with Jamie Vardy and Daniel Sturridge replacing Harry Kane and Raheem Sterling up front, while Jack Wilshere and Jordan Henderson came in for the rested Wayne Rooney and Dele Alli in midfield.
