Jason Merrells, who played charismatic businessman Declan Macey for over 4 years, says goodbye to Home Farm, the #MaceyMadness and to all the fans.
Declan Macey wanted it all. Fortune, family and Home Farm. But what he got were divorces, debts and deadly games. He came to the Village as part of a con orchestrated by his future (and final) wife Charity and found nothing but heartache and turmoil from ex wives, best friends and even his sister too. A man can only be pushed so far until he cracks, so when a series of events leads to Charity's abortion of his child coming to light, he sought revenge.

But when Declan kills his nephew Robbie, his deadly games turn to a quest to oust Charity's deeds and be free of it all. Now on the run, will Declan ever return? Jason Merrells says goodbye to the cast, crew, fans and the infamous Declan Macey.
