Aware Home Farm is empty, Frank and Charity ready themselves to execute their scam. Charity is in disguise. The jeweller arrives and they both play the role of a couple wishing to purchase diamonds. It begins promisingly but the situation soon gets tricky. Charity spots an opportunity and swipes a few diamonds but the jeweller is quick to notice he's a couple short and the pair make a quick escape.
Chrissie confronts Charity about the source of her secret stash for Sarah's treatment and Charity eventually confesses. Threatening to call the police on Charity; soon Rebecca and Lawrence step in to smooth the situation over before the police get involved.
Sarah discovers an ill woman hiding out in the Dingles' barn. Concerned for her welfare, Sarah sneaks food and cough medicines out to her and in return receives a compact mirror as a thank you.
Sarah is growing closer to the woman in the barn and is still worried about her health. In a bid to help her, Sarah steals some money from the cafe's collection box.
Laurel is finding it tough as she packs to send Ashley into full time care. It's a very hard day particularly when Ashley forgets he's going there.
