Liv is mortified when David asks her about her and Jacob being together and she insists to both him and Aaron they are nothing more than friends. Liv insists to Aaron that Jacob is lying and they confront him. Jacob admits he lied about his relationship with Liv and is mortified when David continues to question him. Jacob storms off and a suss Maya offers to talk to him. Maya asks Jacob if he lied to make her jealous. He avoids her gaze and Maya senses she has hit the nail on the head. When Jacob admits the truth, Maya tells him she's flattered and ends up kissing him but Maya soon pulls away - she heads out confused and horrified by what she's initiated.Bob offers to cover so Brenda can look after the poorly twins and it's clear he's enjoying being back in the fold. When Brenda returns to Connelton, she's saddened to realise the twins are hoping for a reconciliation between her and Bob and she's firm as she explains that's not going to happen. But despite everything, it's clear Brenda enjoys having Bob around. They cozy up as they share a glass of wine, but when Bob moves in for a kiss will Brenda reciprocate? Later on, Doug heads to the pub and sees Bob being overly friendly with some female customers. Doug confronts Bob about his feckless behaviour and eventually snaps and punches him.An argument between the kids escalates and Amelia is soon pulling Leanna's hair causing the car to swerve dangerously onto a grass verge. In a field, the car has come to a stop and there's a long silence as a shocked Leanna, Noah and Amelia process what just happened. Daz soon finds himself in a taxi with Trish but misreads the signals and insists he won't be her play thing. A furious Trish tells Daz she's married and embarrassed. Daz gets out of the taxi, leaving him stranded without his phone or wallet. Marlon can see the rift between them and advises Jessie to make things up with Ellis.
