Meanwhile, Jacob's impressed when Leanna phones the school and pretends to be David, saying Jacob's ill. Leanna encourages Sarah to joy ride in Joe's car. They panic when the police appear behind them and they all make a run for it. Leanna, Jacob and Noah scale a wall and run from the police but a breathless Sarah is caught. Despite her heartbreak, Chas agrees to let Paddy and Marlon throw her a baby shower. Brenda's hurt to hear that Cathy and Heath are off to the cinema with Laurel. She covers she's going to a hot yoga class, but Laurel's awkward to sense she's lying.As everyone sets up decorations for the baby shower, an anxious Chas arrives. She bursts into tears with Marlon who in turn then tells Paddy he needs to go upstairs to see Chas. Chas is choked as she explains to Paddy the devastating news about their baby, and crumples into Paddy's arms.
