Emmerdale: The Tour

Emmerdale has had its fair share of drama over the years; plane crashes, helicopter disasters, armed robberies, shootings, explosions, deadly storms, and now YOU can explore behind the scenes at the spectacular village location in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales. From this spring, the live, working TV set located within the Harewood Estate in Leeds, that has played witness to many-a spectacle, will open its gates as cast and crew down scripts for the weekend and allow guests to tread the tarmac and indulge in a fully guided tour of the popular, fictional village.

On selected weekend dates until the end of October 2016, visitors will be able to marvel at the picturesque village as they meander down the lane to the surreal sight of stone cladded shops and homes nestled amongst the rolling hills. Sauntering past the familiar haunts of Home Farm, Bob’s Café, The Woolpack, the Village Church and rows of stone cottages known as home for over 43 years to your favourite Emmerdale characters, guides will share secrets, stories and reveal fascinating facts behind the making of the multi-award-winning, ITV soap.

Selected Saturday dates are available with return transport from a local pick up point. Sunday tours are available to book via designated coach operators.
