British Soap Awards: Winners
The biggest event in the soap calendar returned in celebration of a mammoth twelve months of murder, mystery, make ups, break ups, trials, tribulations and tears.

And The Winner’s Are...
Connor McIntyre won the prestigious Villain Of The Year award for his dastardly portrayal of Pat Phelan. (He's actually very lovely in real life!)
The phenomenal Patti Clare won Best Comedy Performance for her role as Mary Taylor and Norris himself, Malcolm Hebden was there to collect the award on her behalf!
Mr and Mrs Metcalfe came out on top, with Sally Dynevor and Joe Duttine winning Best On-Screen Partnership for Tim and Sally.
And, Coronation Street's former Casting Director James Bain, who sadly passed away recently, was awarded The Tony Warren Award (Off-Screen).
