Hunter is 33 years old and lives in Maidenhead in Berkshire, but is originally from Liverpool
He started karting in 1995 and is one of only two drivers to have won a major karting championship in his first season - the other is Jenson Button
He started racing cars in 1999 and won his first Formula Ford title that year
He took eight victories in the Radical Enduro series in 2004, a record which stands to this day.
He made his British GT Championship debut in 2006, and was runner up in the GT4 category two years later
He has raced on the BTCC support package, joining the Ginetta GT Supercup in 2012
Last season he raced in the Benelux Porsche GT3 Cup Challenge, and was runner-up.
