Moffat cleared to race at home circuit
Laser Tools Racing driver Aiden Moffat has passed a medical, allowing him to race at his home circuit this weekend.
The Scottish teenager was forced to sit out the races at Snetterton two weeks ago, after an accident in the Saturday morning free practice session, which left his car deep in a barley field, and Moffat unconscious.
Rules state that drivers must wait at least seven days after losing consciousness before they are allowed to race again, and must be passed fit by a doctor.
Moffat was checked this morning by BTCC Medical Delegate Dr Paul Trafford in the Knockhill medical centre.
