Sister Act, Moulin Rouge and Back To The Future to perform at the BGT Live Shows

Over the last eight weeks, Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden, Alesha Dixon and David Walliams have seen an array of brilliant acts take to the BGT stage, each hoping to impress our judges for a chance to perform again in the live semi-finals.

Now, as the 15th series of Britain’s Got Talent draws to a spectacular close, the live semi-finals will kick off on Monday 30th May at 8pm on ITV. And to top it off, a brilliant variety of special guests’ performers, will take to the world-famous BGT stage.

Kicking things off will be the worldwide smash hit Moulin Rouge! The Musical, who will perform in the first semi-final on Monday. Baz Luhrmann’s revolutionary film comes to life on stage in the acclaimed production which is thrilling audiences in the West End.

Back To The Future: The Musical will fly into the Eventim Apollo on Tuesday, inviting audiences to take an electrifying ride back in time with the Olivier award-winning best new musical, starring Tony Award-winner Roger Bart as Doc Brown and Olly Dobson as Marty McFly.

2009 winners Diversity will return with a showstopping performance on Wednesday, back to where it all began. Having wowed audiences with their fantastic routine inspired by and in support of the Black Lives Matter movement back in 2020, anticipation is high to see what the group will return with for 2022.

The brilliant singing sensation Emeli Sandé and winner of Ukraine's Got Talent and Britain's Got Talent: The Champions finalist, performance artist Kseniya Simonova, will grace the stage on Thursday, with a moving performance involving sand animation, accompanied by Emeli’s single Brighter Days.

On Friday, a very special Platinum Jubilee extravaganza for HRH The Queen, will see previous winners Jon Courtenay and Colin Thackery collaborate with BGT favourites, The D-Day Darlings and D-Day Juniors, alongside The Chelsea Pensioners Choir and Military Drummers. It’s sure to be a performance that’s not to be missed.

Finally, in a world exclusive, the cast of Sister Act, the musical will perform on the BGT stage for the grand-finale with appearances from Jennifer Saunders as ‘Mother Superior’ alongside Beverley Knight as ‘Deloris Van Cartier’, Keala Settle as ‘Sister Mary Patrick’, Lesley Joseph as ‘Sister Mary Lazarus’.

Britain’s Got Talent kicks off a week of semi-final shows, commencing on Monday 30th May at 8pm on ITV and ITV Hub. The grand-finale will air on Sunday 5th June on ITV.
