Lucy Kay and Yanis Marshall, Arnaud & Mehdi are the third set of semi- finalists!
Opera singer Lucy came out top of the public vote with the Judges going to deadlock over Yanis Marshall, Arnaud & Mehdi and Cartel.
All four of the Judges were on their feet during Lucy's song with Simon saying it was a "great, great performance."
On hearing she was in the Final, Lucy said: "It's overwhelming. My gosh thank you so much. There were some amazing acts. I didn't think I'd be one of them."
The Judges were divided over the second finalist with David and Alesha backing Yanis Marshall, Mehdi & Arnaud and Amanda and Simon sticking by Cartel.
Simon who publicly apologised to Jamie from Cartel said: "Even though I had my issues with Cartel, there is something about you. My heart goes with Cartel."
But it was Yanis Marshall, Arnaud and Mehdi who the public wanted to see again.
Alesha said they gave the slickest performance of the dancers.
The dance troupe who strut their stuff in heels were speechless.
