Welsh choir Côr Glanaethwy were victorious on Monday night, earning a coveted spot in Sunday's final following their beautiful rendition of The Prayer.
"I've fallen in love with you... it was heart-wrenching," said Alesha.
Joining them in the final is Entity Allstars, who went head-to-head with singer-songwriter Henry Gallagher. The talented 12-year-old was gracious in defeat - and we reckon he'll still get the girl!

Alesha's golden buzzer act didn't disappoint - they dialled-up the WOW factor with magical performance.

Cally The Wonderdog lived up to her name on Monday's show, breaking the world record for the fastest time to pop 100 balloons by dog.
Young Henry Gallagher reprised his catchy song Lightning on Monday night's show.
"You've got huge likability! You did good - congratulations!" said Simon.
These lovely ladies from Withernsea are a little bit saucy!
"It was such a fantastic celebration of women! It was a knockout performance" said Amanda.
Andrew pulled out all the stops on tonight's show, with Tom Jones and Jonathan Ross putting in an appearance.
It was hard to please Amanda and Alesha though, but David had some words of encouragement.
Becky's very personal song earn her a rapturous applause from the delighted audience on Monday's show.
"What a transformation," said David. "A star is born!"
David's golden buzzer act Lorraine Bowen put on a interstellar performance on Monday night.
Simon remains unconvinced, but you've gotta hand it to her, she's a crowd-pleaser!
