Bars and Melody and Lettice Rowbotham are in the Final
Simon's Golden Buzzer act Bars and Melody and Lettice Rowbotham will be performing in the Final.
Young singers Charlie and Leondre received the most public votes catapulting them straight into next Saturday's show.
Speaking about their performance Simon said: "What I love about you is that you are real. It all comes from you."
David added: "It was sick. It was wicked. It was hip. It was hop. It was happening."
For the third time this series the Judges' vote went to deadlock. Amanda and Simon voted for Lettice while David and Alesha gave their support to Innova Irish Dance Company.
And the public picked electric violinist Lettice who Amada described as a 'sex bomb'.
An emotional Lettice said: "I am absolutely so grateful. I want to do a lot of good with my music."
