To mark the beginning of Mental Health Awareness week, we meet some of the young men and women who are living with eating disorders here in Wales.

While the physical side of these conditions have been widely reported, we hear about the emotional struggles they face with each and every day and from those who say they have learned to live with these complex mental health disorders.
