Barbara Knox MBE is TV royalty, the Queen of Coronation Street, who in her remarkable 41 years on the cobbles as Rita Tanner, has had more fights, flings and rings on her finger than most in Weatherfield.

This legendary lady celebrated her own special birthday last week when she turned 80, so who better to join in our 25th anniversary party, as she tells us about her years on the Street and what's next for Rita.
