On today's Good Morning Britain, Ruth looked on gleefully as Susanna Reid and Ben Shephard got a super-cold soaking ... but then the tables turned when they in turn nominated her to do the Ice Bucket Challenge herself, which she slightly hesitantly accepted. Here's what happened next...
